Lakeside recently installed all my appliances for me at our new home. Cory and Ben arrived early and patiently waited while our delivery which arrived late was taken off the truck.

I want to comment them both on their professionalism, concern for not just a completely impeccable install job but also for our flooring and furniture. They took the time to treat our house and they would their own.

Additionally, they even went so far as to set the time on one of our clocks and gave us information regarding general use and upkeep.

Both of them went out of their way to take care of the little things such as cleaning the area they worked after they were done, placing the appliances in a way that wouldn’t damage anything and most of all doing a thorough job. I would have absolutely no problem recommending your company to anyone who needs to install appliances.

I would like to commend your employee, Shawn, for service above and beyond the normal. He responded to my call for service this week on a 30 year old GE stove in my home which had an interlock problem with the self clean feature. Although the stove is old, with few parts now available, he was able to seemingly solve the problem. However, Shawn called me back later in the evening that night to confirm the problem fixed. It wasn't, so he came back the following day for further service to my complete satisfaction.
